I am SO excited about this cookbook I just purchased. Since I have started running every day, I have been so hungry! It is important to start eating more as I am exercising more frequently, but I want to make sure I am sticking with healthy food. That is why The Runner’s World Cookbook is the perfect one for me.
When looking to buy a cookbook, I always make sure it has pictures of the finished product. There is nothing worse than making a dish that looks ugly. When the nutrition facts are included underneath the recipe, it is a huge added bonus as well. This cookbook has both! The recipes are each labeled with the corresponding tag(s), based on what kind of workout fuel you are looking for. Some of the tags in the cookbook are: pre-workout, post-workout and low-carb. This helps a lot!
As you can see, I have already made little tabs for the recipes I want to make asap. This is going to be a fun book to go through!
