Hi! I’m Sarah. I am a 20-something-year-old in love with healthy living. I firmly believe that food is the way to a persons heart. I am a peanut butter addict, quinoa fanatic and health nut. I also love to exercise, travel and be outdoors.
I grew up in Nashville, Tenn., graduated a semester early from the The University of Alabama with a degree in public relations and event management, and scored an amazing job at a PR firm back in Nashville. I am living a life beyond my wildest dreams, and I love every second.
I have a passion for all things nutrition and cooking.
I have loved to cook since watching my mom in the kitchen at a young age. It is always fun to try new recipes, or new spins on old ones.
Nutrition has always been an interest of mine, and after taking a personal nutrition class in college, I became mildly obsessed with it. I have a strong passion for nutrition, but I am by no means a dietitian. I thoroughly enjoy researching nutrition, so some of that will trickle into this blog.
This blog is a diary of my life, as told through my stomach. It is a compilation of my cooking and baking adventures, restaurant hits and misses, my day-to-day life and my travel diary.
